Verified vs Unverified Users
What verification means and why it matters.
Verified users have completed our KYC (Know Your Customer) process. This includes submitting a government-issued ID and passing identity verification checks.
Verified landlords and agents display a 'Verified' badge on their listings and profiles. This means we have confirmed their identity.
Unverified users can still list properties, but we strongly recommend prioritizing listings from verified users, especially when making financial commitments.
