We take your safety seriously. Every landlord who collects rent through our platform undergoes KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. We verify their identity, and we take liability for any wrongfully profiled customer.
Look for the 'Verified' badge on listings and user profiles. Verified users have completed our identity verification process, which includes government ID verification.
We offer two rental models: Facilitated Rentals (we mediate the entire process between you and the landlord — viewing, payments, and lease signing) and Direct Rentals (you deal directly with a KYC-verified owner, with contracts signed on our platform for your protection).
If you choose Facilitated Rentals, we are in the middle of every transaction. We ensure both parties fulfill their obligations and step in if issues arise.
