We take your safety seriously. Every property owner who collects payments through our platform undergoes KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. We verify their identity, and we take liability for any wrongfully profiled customer.
Look for the 'Verified' badge on listings and user profiles. Verified users have completed our identity verification process, which includes government ID verification.
We offer two transaction models: Facilitated (we mediate the entire process between you and the property owner — viewings, payments, and agreements) and Direct (you deal directly with a KYC-verified owner, with contracts signed on our platform for your protection).
If you choose a Facilitated transaction, we are in the middle of every step. We ensure both parties fulfill their obligations and step in if issues arise.
