Add a Property

If you own a property and want to list it for rent on the Poga marketplace, you can do so as an individual — no property management company needed.

Individual listings appear alongside professionally managed properties on the marketplace, giving you access to the same pool of qualified tenants.

You'll manage your listing, communicate with interested tenants, and handle the rental process directly through your Poga account.

Create a marketplace account if you don't already have one. You'll need to verify your email address to get started.

Use our listing wizard to add your property details — including location, number of rooms, amenities, photos, and rental price. The wizard guides you through each step.

Once submitted, your listing will be reviewed by our team. Approved listings go live on the marketplace and are immediately visible to potential tenants.

You can edit your listing at any time — update photos, adjust pricing, or mark it as unavailable when you've found a tenant.

To collect rent through the Poga platform, you'll need to complete our KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This protects both you and your tenants.

The process is simple: upload a clear photo of your government-issued ID (national ID, passport, or driver's license). We'll verify your identity, usually within 24 hours.

Once verified, you'll earn a Verified badge on your listings, which increases tenant trust and listing visibility.

KYC verification is required before you can accept applications or collect payments through the platform. You can still create and publish listings while verification is pending.

A valid email address to create your account and receive notifications about inquiries and applications.

Property details including the address, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, available amenities, and your desired rental price.

At least 3 clear photos of your property — we recommend showing the exterior, main living areas, kitchen, and bathrooms. High-quality photos significantly increase tenant interest.

A government-issued ID for KYC verification if you plan to collect rent through the platform.
