Welcome to Poga. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before creating an account or listing a property.
1. Account Registration
To use Poga, you must create an account with a valid email address or phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your profile up to date. Poga reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.
2. Listing Properties
Property managers and landlords may list rental properties on Poga. Individual accounts are limited to 3 active listings. To list more properties, you must upgrade to an Organizational Account. All listings must accurately represent the property, including photos, pricing, location, and available amenities. Poga reserves the right to remove listings that violate our content guidelines or misrepresent a property.
3. Rental Applications
When you submit a rental application through Poga, you consent to sharing your personal information with the property manager or landlord responsible for that listing. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Property managers review applications independently and make their own decisions regarding tenant selection. Poga does not influence or guarantee the outcome of any application.
4. Payments & Fees
Poga supports payments via MTN Mobile Money (MoMo), Vodafone Cash, and bank transfers. All payment processing is handled through licensed third-party payment providers. Poga may charge service fees for certain transactions, which will be clearly disclosed before you confirm payment. Refund policies vary by property manager and are stated in individual lease agreements.
5. Privacy & Data
Your use of Poga is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect, store, and process personal data in accordance with Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy page.
