All payments made through the platform are processed securely. We never store your full card or bank account details.
Your landlord receives payment through our system — they never see your banking information directly.
Red flag: If a landlord asks you to send money outside the platform (via wire transfer, Western Union, mobile money to a personal number, etc.), do not comply. Report the listing immediately.
Keep records of all payments made through the platform. Your payment history is available in your account dashboard.
