How we keep your payments safe and what to watch out for.

All payments made through the platform are processed securely. We never store your full card or bank account details.

The property owner receives payment through our system — they never see your banking information directly.

Red flag: If someone asks you to send money outside the platform (via wire transfer, Western Union, mobile money to a personal number, etc.), do not comply. Report the listing immediately.

Keep records of all payments made through the platform. Your payment history is available in your account dashboard.
