When your application is approved, the property owner will send you documents through the platform for review and signature.

You'll receive a notification when documents are ready for your review. Open the document, read through all pages, and sign electronically where indicated.

Digital signatures on our platform are legally binding. Both you and the property owner receive a signed copy for your records.

Signing on the platform provides an extra layer of protection — both parties have a verified record of the agreement, and the owner's identity has been confirmed through our verification process.
