There are two types of listings on the platform: property listings and individual listings.

Property listings come from verified property management companies. These companies manage multiple properties within a building or portfolio. You can browse all available options at a property from a single property detail page.

Individual listings are posted by independent owners, property managers, or agents. These can be standalone properties of any type. Look for the 'Verified' badge — it means the poster has completed identity verification through our KYC process.
