There are two types of listings on the platform: property listings and individual listings.
Property listings come from verified property management companies. These companies manage multiple units within a building or complex. You can browse all available units at a property from a single property detail page.
Individual listings are posted by independent landlords, property owners, or agents. These can be standalone apartments, houses, or rooms for rent. Look for the 'Verified' badge — it means the poster has completed identity verification through our KYC process.
