Understanding Application Status
What each application status means and what to expect next.
SUBMITTED — Your application has been received and is awaiting review by the property manager or landlord.
UNDER REVIEW — The property manager is actively reviewing your application, which may include background and credit checks.
APPROVED — Congratulations! Your application was approved. The next step is to sign your lease agreement.
DENIED — Unfortunately, your application was not approved. You may contact the property manager for more details.
WITHDRAWN — You chose to withdraw your application before a decision was made.
